Securing Properties
We will provide photos of any broken windows, doors etc... found at properties.
Damaged entry ways will be boarded at the clients request.
Lock changes can also be performed at any property desired.
Dead Bolts, Door Locks, Padlocks, and Lock Boxs can all be added.
Winterizations
J&K Lawn Care, LLC will provide photos of winterization being completed. All photos will be taken in horizontal frame
for client viewing unless specified otherwise.
Winterization will include:
- main water being shut off
- water meter reading documented
- main water line plugged if needed
- all lines blown with compressed air
- lines pressure tested
- rv/marine antifreeze added to all traps and commodes
- winterization tags affixed with non-damaging tape to water heater/toilets
- wint sticker applied to glass on door of property with date of wint completed.
Photos will be taken of any frozen damage found at a property and noted in paperwork submitted.
Evictions
J&K Lawn Care, LLC will meet with Local Law Enforcement or U.S. Marshall at eviction properties.
After the eviction process:
- Photos will be taken
- Door locks changed if required
- Debris removed and general work preformed per contract
- Bids provided for any services needed at the property.
